STATEMENTS

“2017 China Business Travel Survey (the Barometer) has revealed that 31 percent of Chinese companies expect travel budgets to rise over the next twelve months, and a strong indication of the opportunities Chinese organizations are recognizing both domestically but also in the global economy. More and more Chinese organizations highlighted the importance of business travel as a key driver of revenue for them and also reported having systems in place to measure the return on investment (ROI) of business travel. Companies that balance organizational goals with traveler experience concerns are the most likely to see a significant financial benefit. However how to balance new technologies with operational realities is enabling companies to reconsider their approaches to business travel and will be discussed at ITB China!”

Kevin Tan, VP & General Manager of CITS American Express Global Business Travel
