Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. – ADR, founded in 1974 as a state concessionaire for airport activities. It is the management company of the main Italian airport system, consisting of two airports, Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci and Ciampino Giovan Battista Pastine.

In 2018 the Rome airport system welcomed 48,8 million passengers with over 230 destinations worldwide that can be reached from Rome, thanks to around 100 airlines operating at the two airports.
