Fondazione Arena di Verona organizes one of the biggest and best known open air Opera Festival in the world in the ancient Roman amphitheater in the town of Verona. The Arena Opera Festival 2019 will be held between June 21st and September 7th and includes 5 opera titles: LA TRAVIATA which will open the Season with a new stage design, AIDA, IL TROVATORE, CARMEN, TOSCA, plus three special events: ROBERTO BOLLE AND FRIENDS, PLACIDO DOMINGO 50 and CARMINA BURANA. The Festival will engage as usual Orchestra, Chorus and technical team of the Fondazione Arena di Verona, as well as numerous extras and mime actors.
