Established in 1950, the Greek National Tourism Organisation has ever since had a leading part in coordinating and implementing State policies on the tourism sector. It is supervised by the Ministry of Tourism and its aim is to promote a country as beautiful and diverse as Greece.
Supported by 16 Offices in big cities around the world, the GNTO makes Greece’s tourism product known to all potential visitors either through its participation in the major international tourism fairs or by using internet tools such as its website www.visitgreece.gr as well as the most popular social media platforms.
