Laiye completed its Series B funding invested by Wu Capital, Sequoia and Lightspeed in 2017. This was the third consecutive investment Laiye received from Sequoia and Lightspeed. Before that, Laiye had received a round of financing led by Microsoft, which was the tech giant’s first direct VC investment in Asia.
