Welcome Chinese Certification is a set of overseas travel service standards approved and released by the China Tourism Academy (CTA). It aims at upgrading the hospitality services dedicated to Chinese travellers. Welcome Chinese offers marketing and communication services to the Certified companies with the aim of promoting them and supporting them to attract a wider number of Chinese travellers.
