JinJiang WeHotel Co., Ltd. was jointly established by JinJiang Capital, JinJiang Hotels, JinJiang Shares and UnionPay Venture, Tibet Hony as well as Guosheng Investment in February 2017. In June of 2017 it became a pilot of Shanghai’s first ESOP state-owned holding and mixed ownership enterprises.
Since its inception, JinJiang WeHotel has been rooted in China and global-oriented. 上海齐程网络科技有限公司（简称：锦江WeHotel）成立于2017年2月，由锦江资本、锦江酒店、锦江股份、联银创投、弘毅投资、国盛投资，共同投资设立，并于2017年6月成为上海市国有控股混合所有制企业首批员工持股试点单位。
