EXHIBITOR BOOTH – REMOTE PACKAGE
Exhibitors who are not based in China and are unable to attend this event in person can opt to participate as remote exhibitors and be represented onsite by a dedicated senior travel professional, hand-selected and provided by ITB China (complimentary).
Each travel professional has at least 5 years working experience in the travel industry and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
You will have the chance to extensively brief your senior travel professional during an extensive half-day 1-on-1 training session prior to the event, allowing him/her to expertly promote your products and services at your booth and conduct pre-scheduled meetings for you with qualified buyers during each days’ business meeting sessions.
Each remote exhibitor will receive a comprehensive after-show report, including a summary of concluded meetings with top-level buyers and documentation of collected business contacts and additional inquiries throughout the two-day event.
Exhibitors can set up their individual booth construction in one of the following raw space options. Each peninsula option comes with additional event participation benefits.
Large Peninsula Raw Space
The regular stand rental fee for one large peninsula raw space is US$ 28,530 excl. applicable taxes without considering any discounts.
All raw space constructions are subject to specifications and restrictions set by the event venue management and Exhibitor Service Manual. The costs for construction and dismantling are borne by the exhibitor.
Medium Peninsula Raw Space
The regular stand rental fee for one large peninsula raw space is US$ 19,020 excl. applicable taxes without considering any discounts.
All raw space constructions are subject to specifications and restrictions set by the event venue management and Exhibitor Service Manual. The costs for construction and dismantling are borne by the exhibitor.

EXHIBITOR TABLE – REMOTE PACKAGE
Exhibitors who are not based in China and are unable to attend this event in person can opt to participate as remote exhibitors and be represented by a dedicated and pre-instructed hostess (complimentary).
Each hostess is fluent in both English and Chinese and will be pre-instructed during a 4-hour travel industry introduction seminar, conducted by ITB China.
Exhibitors are able to send specific instructional/informational materials to their dedicated hostess and personally instruct further during an extensive half-day 1-on-1 training session prior to the event.
Each remote exhibitor will receive a comprehensive after-show report including a documentation of collected business contacts and additional inquiries throughout the two-day event.
