Ms Karen Bai is working as Director Of Sales Operations and Revenue Management at Shimao Star Hotels Group now, she has been working with Shimao Hotels&Resort before moving to her current role; With diversity of a great experience in hospitality industry over 20 years, she took the role of General Manager with Hyatt Hotels Group as well as senior management positions including Marriott Group, IHG Group and Hilton Group. Karen holds the MBA degree of SMC University.
