Biography
Kerwin Shen has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as General Manager of the Brand Product Department at Jinjiang Hotels (China Region), he oversees brand strategy, product innovation, and standardization for the group. With executive roles at leading hotel groups including Plateno, Dossen, and Vienna, he brings multifaceted expertise in brand development, product design, operations, and marketing. Shen has spearheaded the localization and operation of international brands in China, such as Kyriad (Louvre Hotels Group) and Park Inn by Radisson (Radisson Hotel Group), while revitalizing legacy brands like Vienna International Hotel (Classic Edition) and 7 Days Inn (Smart Selection). Guided by the “Blue Ocean Strategy,” his innovative “low-cost investment + high-quality experience” model bridges investor returns and consumer satisfaction, driving industry breakthroughs.
