Fang Tengfei, member of the Communist Party of China, master of tourism management at Fudan University, Ph. D. in hotel and tourism management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, young leader of Jiading District, Shanghai, new young leader of the 5th “Dragon Bird Award” cultural travel, current Vice President of Tencent Cloud.

Mr. Fang Tengfei is responsible for the Internet business of Tencent Cloud and Smart Business Group’s tourism and culture industry, leading the team to deepen the wisdom of cultural travel, digital space, digital enterprise, cloud exhibition track, and comprehensively promote the strategic planning, industrial integration and innovative practices of Tencent’s cultural travel.
