Mr. Tong Teng joined Alibaba Group in 2015, where he served as General Manager of the Group’s Strategic Development Department, driving the implementation of innovative initiatives such as the City Brain project. In 2022, he was appointed Vice President of Public Affairs at Alibaba Group and served concurrently as Secretary-General of the Common Prosperity Task Force. In May 2023, Mr. Tong joined Fliggy, where he is responsible for overseeing public affairs, government-enterprise collaboration, corporate social responsibility, and the platform’s global expansion efforts.
