Zoe Zhu

Zoe Zhu, General Manager of Alibaba Future Hotel, has been with Alibaba for 21 years. She has experience in Alibaba’s six major business department while always embrace change, and keep the start-up mindset. She has worked in experience operations, product operations, platform operations, and hotel operations, accumulating extensive experience in both E-commerce platform and Alibaba’s hotel platform operation. In 2022, Zoe joined Alibaba’s hotel business division where she enhanced guest experiences and reduced costs through consumer insights, AI-solution upgrades, and operation management system optimizations. The hotel achieved breakthrough in staff-to-room ratio, profit per employee, and revenue per employee which surpassing all hotels in same category under her leadership.
