Biography
Prof. LIN Chen is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Fudan School of Management. Her research interests include empirical models in digital marketing. Her research has been published at top journals such as Marketing Science and Journal of Retailing, with best paper awards from American Marketing Association Marketing Science Institute, and Yahoo! Labs. She was also invited to research seminars at top business schools such as Wharton, University of Chicago and Carnegie Mellon University.
Professor Lin is a award-winning leading expert in marketing pedagogy and teaching. She is the author of Amazon Bestseller Textbook Services Marketing and of many Harvard Bestseller cases, which are developed based on her board and consulting practices. She offers highly-rated courses across Executive Education, EMBA, and MBA programs. She is also guest columnist/speaker at Davos Economic Forum, Forbes, and Economist Intelligence Unit.
