She is a founding member of ICCA China Committee, China Education Manager of International Association of Professional Convention Organizers (IAPCO), a former Board Member of the Global Council of the Society of Incentive Travel Elite (SITE), and Vice President of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) Asia Pacific. She founded the China Business MICE Industry Committee in 2018, and became Vice Chair of the China Business Association Conference in the same year. The China Business Association Congress is a congress for Chinese association managers, and the China Business MICE Industry Committee is a member of the Joint Meeting Industry Council International (JMIC). It actively participates in the formulation of guidelines and policies for the international conference industry.
