Lai is the founder and chief executive of Shanghai Zhumei Culture Communication Co., Ltd., the founder of the Luobu Legion’s Parent-child Outdoor Club. She has ever served as the evaluation expert of construction standards for Shanghai camping sites, the secretary of Children’s Camping Committee in China International Automobile RV Camping Alliance , and also a member of Research Group for the construction standard of Youth Outdoor Education Base in the National Sports General Administration .
