Currently: Editor-in-Chief of China County Health (Integrated Media), Vice President of Hospital Specialty Capacity Building Branch of China Geriatrics and Healthcare Association, Vice Chairman of Health Culture Committee of China Health Management Association, Executive Deputy Director of County Health Development Research Center.
For many years, he has been teaching for the “Department and Division Level Cadre Training Class (for students of the National Health Planning Commission and the National Health Commission)” at the Central Party School of the Central Government and State Organs Branch, and serving as an expert in reviewing graduation theses. He is a senior research expert in the industry and has undertaken many governmental projects. He has served as an industry consultant for a long time and participated in industry development planning. Dedicated to promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources and the high-quality development of medical and health care in counties, he has been elected to serve as the main committee and chairman of many alliances.
He has served as the director of the Medicine Guide Department of Health Newspaper, the director of the Medicine Information Operation Department and Public Affairs Department, and the chief editor, etc. He is the vice president and executive secretary general of the Medicine and Health Journals Branch of the China Journal Association, and the vice president of the First Chinese Medicine Culture Branch of the China Association of Medicine and Health Culture.
