Ludivine Destrée

Ludivine Destrée is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience bridging Europe and Asia through travel and tourism. Her journey with China began in 2008, sparked by a fascination with Chinese characters during a university open day. This led her to pursue studies in Chinese and English translation in Brussels, followed by immersive experiences in Tianjin and at the 2010 Shanghai Expo. After completing her master’s degree, she deepened her expertise in Chinese culture and international affairs at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Her professional career includes six years at the Wallonia Tourism Board and a year at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Since 2022, Ludivine has been part of the European Travel Commission in Brussels, now serving as Senior Marketing Manager. She leads dynamic campaigns across Asia-Pacific markets nearly three years into the role, turning deep cultural insight into impactful and forward-thinking travel strategies.
