Raymond Qian

Raymond Qian, Managing Director of CR Solution, a full-service DMC and Event Management Company in China. Working experience in SCITS and A&K, gave him rich experience in Tour Operations. During his 6 years in MCI, he played as Director of Ovation China and Deputy Director of Corporate Division in MCI China. He is active on global level and promotedmanycross-region exchange. Raymond has also played an active role in shaping the broader travel and events industry. In 2021, he joint SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Excellence) and was nominated as General Secretary of SITE China in 2023. He spared no effort to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and the International Community. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional value, ensuring that every event exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impact. Outside of work, Raymond enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with his family.
