Roger shou

Roger Shou is Founder of IMP Travel at www.imptrip.com. He has built up this company which is mainly for global cruise booking and shore excursion since 2016. It focuses on B2C business with direct link with consumers in China.

Prior to that, he was Vice President of www.LY.com, one of the leading online travel platforms in China in 2015. He had also served as Deputy General Manager of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line in China, responsible for the firm’s Sales , Operations , Marketing Support, Direct Sales and Call center, etc. from 2012 to 2015.

Before joining RCL he was a senior management member in several foreign companies and hotels in China and APAC, including Tourico Holidays , GTA by Travelport, and Radisson Hotles & Resorts.

Mr. Shou graduated from Tourism Institute of Zhejiang University in 1994.
