As the founder of AGO Camp under the America International Travel Services, I led my team to establish American-style camp education amidst the challenges brought by the pandemic. In Hangzhou, we pioneered American-style summer camps, developing curricula and execution standards that resulted in nearly 10 successful products. Once launched, they quickly gained market recognition and earned widespread acclaim from parents. This innovative initiative not only revitalized the company but also guided the team through a business transformation. In the coming year, we will also become the first pilot partner of Camp Education International（CEI） in the Chinese market.
