Vivian Yeh

Vivian Yeh is a seasoned digital leader with over 20 years of experience across New York and Greater China, spanning both brand and agency roles. She specializes in digital strategy, customer loyalty, experience engagement, and sustainable business development. Vivian previously served as SVP of Sustainability, Digital & IT at Accor Greater China, where she led strategic initiatives including the Accor–Alibaba partnership, innovation on Meituan, and the launch of hotel WeChat Mall solutions. She also played a key role in setting up the Greater China Digital Factory and co-published the “China Travel Industry Sustainability Report” with Trip.com and McKinsey in 2023. Prior to Accor, she held leadership roles at Mead Johnson, AB InBev, and American Express, driving digital transformation and marketing effectiveness. Her agency background includes ISOBAR and WWWins, supporting global brands like Coca-Cola, P&G, HSBC, and PUMA. Vivian holds an MBA from Binghamton University, and is known for her deep consumer insight, strategic agility, and ability to integrate innovation into business growth.
