Bai Yifan, Deputy Secretary General of Guangdong Manufacturing Association and Secretary General of Guangdong Industry Development Promotion Association. Bachelor’s degree in education, national second-class psychological counselor. She has been engaged in education and training for a long time, and has many years of experience in enterprise psychological training. In the Association, she is mainly responsible for the daily management of the Enterprise Member Service Department, the project docking and research activities of the government and colleges and universities, and the planning and promotion of the domestic and international cooperation of the investment promotion projects and the enterprise’s overseas inspection. Guangdong Manufacturing Association actively promotes the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of Guangdong’s manufacturing industry, and accelerates the transformation from Guangdong manufacturing to Guangdong creation. The Association’s current membership covers 21 cities in Guangdong Province, involving petrochemicals, machinery and equipment, transportation equipment, IT equipment, electronics and electrical appliances, textiles and garments, hardware and plastics, food and beverages, medicine and health care, papermaking and printing, construction and building materials, and so on.
